Stephan Herzog is a producer and director based in Vienna, Austria. His work is focused on documentary projects, most of them centered on social and political themes.

Austroschwarz (Blue – A Black European Tale), his first feature-length documentary as a producer, was one of the most successful Austrian films of 2025 and received a nomination for Best Documentary at the Austrian Film Award 2026.

He has taken part in the Austrian Film Institute’s TalentLAB and is selected for the 2027 edition of Emerging Producers.
